Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive rehabilitation consultations to patients in the inpatient setting
- Evaluate and manage a wide array of physical and functional impairments
- Conduct a select number of outpatient clinics tailored to specific areas of interest
- Enhance patients' functional abilities, promote recovery, and improve their overall quality of life
- Lead a team of two Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs)
- Coordinate the team's efforts to deliver high-quality consultants
- Provide guidance and support to the APPs
- Apply for an academic appointment with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine (VTCSOM) and be involved in teaching VTCSOM and visiting medical students and residents in our Graduate Medical Education programs
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $275,000
- Max Starting Salary: $425,000
- Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs
