This full-time role focuses exclusively on cardiac critical care, offering the opportunity to manage complex cardiovascular patients within nationally recognized cardiac programs. The physician will be a key member of a collaborative CVICU team, contributing to program growth in a high-acuity tertiary/quaternary care environment.

Responsibilities
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical innovation initiatives
- Manage high-acuity patients including: Cardiothoracic surgery, Mechanical circulatory support (ECMO, LVAD, Impella, IABP), Vascular surgery patients, Valvular surgery, CABG, aortic dissection repairs, and thoracic surgery cases

Requirements
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- BE/BC in Critical Care Medicine with experience in cardiovascular intensivist care unit space with experience managing circulatory assist devices
- Advanced echocardiography skills preferred (PTE, CCE, or equivalent TEE training/certification)
