AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Critical Care Physician to join their expanding cardiovascular ICU team in Daytona Beach, Florida. This full-time role focuses exclusively on cardiac critical care, offering the opportunity to manage complex cardiovascular patients within a high-acuity, multidisciplinary environment. The position involves collaborating with various cardiac specialists and contributing to nationally recognized cardiac programs.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, heart failure specialists, and interventional cardiologists
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical innovation initiatives
- Manage high-acuity patients including cardiothoracic surgery
- Manage mechanical circulatory support patients (ECMO, LVAD, Impella, IABP)
- Manage vascular surgery patients
- Manage valvular surgery, CABG, aortic dissection repairs, and thoracic surgery cases
