Required Qualifications

Extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR
Proven experience serving as a Functional Lead or Core HR Lead on full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
Previous US public sector Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience
Strong knowledge of enterprise structures, workforce structures, person management, employment transactions, position management, and security concepts
Experience with requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, data conversion, and production deployment
Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-vendor project environment
