The consultant should have strong hands-on experience in:

Performance templates, process flows and review periods
Eligibility profiles, questionnaires and rating models
Employee and manager evaluations
Goal alignment and performance review processes
Calibration, approvals, notifications and reporting
End-to-end implementation in performance management module
Testing, UAT and production support
