Base pay
$165,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise and defend clients in workers' compensation matters for a boutique litigation firm.
- Manage cases with focus on minimizing exposure and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain required billable hours and participate in depositions, primarily via Zoom (most work in LA County; local venue assignments).
- Support NorCal expansion efforts as needed.
- Work remotely (must be located in the state of California).
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in Workers’ Compensation Defense.
- Strong communication and client service skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
