Requirements:
- Workday Payroll Certification (must-have)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with payroll implementations
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday Payroll projects
- Expertise in strategy, process design, configuration, and deployment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Drive and manage full lifecycle Workday Payroll implementations
- Conduct workshops and gather payroll requirements
- Design and configure payroll processes in Workday
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams for smooth delivery
- Ensure compliance and alignment with business and regulatory needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues
