Workday Consultant
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Skills:
- Software Development Lifecycle: Yes, 1-4 years experience
- Software Development Methodologies: Yes, 1-4 years experience
- Workday HCM: Yes, 1-4 years experience
Additional Skills:
- 5 plus years of HR Technology experience (e.g. Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
- 2 plus Years of Workday Studio and Integration Studio experience.
- 1 plus Years of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate experience.
