- Must have with 5 years of experience in a complex Workday compensation environment.
- This role is leading Workday Compensation for our shipboard employee population (40,000+) with unions and complex compensation rules.
- The focus is on our current implementation of shipboard compensation, which is set to go-live January 1
- The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise across Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, strong people leadership experience, and a proven track record of managing complex Workday environments in a global enterprise setting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- 5 years leading and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation required.
- Experience supporting unionized populations and complex pay structures (e.g., step progression, CBAs).
Plus:
- Prior HRIS management experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred.
- Workday Pro Certification desired.
