Wood Refinishing General Manager/Project Estimator

Sales Position AvailableN-Hance is an innovative and affordable cabinet and floor renewal service that renews wood cabinets and floors without the dust, inconvenience and noxious fumes associated with traditional refinishing methods. Established in 2001, N-Hance Wood Renewal has been franchising since 2003. We are growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time position for sales.

This is year-round, consistent work. Previous experience require Wood Refinishing General Manager/Project Estimator.You will be responsible for:Going to scheduled appointmentsNegotiating with customersProviding written estimates for customers in a timely mannerFollow up calls with customers as neededCoordinating with Office Administrator & OwnersReaching Sales GoalsHelping with jobs as neededDelegating jobs & tasksKeeping jobs on scheduleTo qualify for this position you must:Have previous experience as a construction/project estimatorTime Management SkillsHigh attention to detail- This is a MUST.Must be able to come up with standard operating proceduresHigh energy, friendly & professional demeanor, and willing to tailor each customer experience to the individual customer.Have a valid driver's license, insurance and vehicleHave clean driving record, within the past three yearsBe available 5 days a week Mon-Fri between the hours of 7am-5pm & possibly some weekendsHigh school or equivalent (preferred)Ability to work multiple locationsCompensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearN-Hance Wood Refinishing is an innovative service that refinishes your wood cabinets and floors without the inconvenience, expense, and noxious fumes associated with traditional refinishing methods.With over 500 franchise locations across the United States, N-Hance has been one of the fastest-growing franchises in the nation for six consecutive years.
