Job Title - Business Subject Matter Expert BSME3 (Data Analyst / Data Visualization Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic decision-making.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends, optimize performance, and drive business outcomes through data-driven storytelling.
• Assist in analyzing large datasets from DOJ and external sources.
• Support interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or JMP.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with government regulations.
• Work with stakeholders to interpret and visualize data in an accessible manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Excel, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data storytelling techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
