This position requires strong TIG welding skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints to complete high-quality, custom builds.ResponsibilitiesPerform full-cycle fabrication of custom stainless steel components and assembliesOperate fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, and grindersExecute precision TIG welding on stainless steel materialsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsGrind, polish, and finish parts to meet quality standardsFit, assemble, and modify large industrial unitsWork in confined or tight spaces when needed to complete fabrication and finishingAssist with occasional installation or service work at customer sites (minimal travel)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentRequired SkillsAdvanced TIG welding experienceProficiency with grinding, finishing, press brake, and shear operationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with large-scale or industrial equipmentComfortable working in confined spacesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employeesPTO: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years401(k) plan availableWork Environment22,000 sq ft fabrication shop equipped with modern tools and equipmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
