We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Publisher to support a growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and publishing digital content across web properties, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Content, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and publish content across website pages, including homepages, product detail pages, landing pages, and editorial content.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Monitor and manage assigned work within Jira, meeting agreed-upon timelines and service levels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to implement content updates, revisions, and enhancements.
- Support website content maintenance and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Apply web best practices related to SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working within a Content Management System (CMS).
- Experience supporting eCommerce websites or digital storefronts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
- At least 1 year of Web Publishing experience in the retail or apparel industry.
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
