Job TitleAdvanced Technologies is seeking a full time Web Developer / Graphic Designer /Document Accessibility Specialist to provide support and maintenance services for existing client's, Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE), website.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate would be expected to develop and create the look, layout, and features of the ALSDE website as defined by ALSDE and perform the following:Provide support and maintenance Services for existing ALSDEDevelopment of new website features and functionality as defined byRemediate PDF documents, Word files, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and PDF/UA standards.Perform any other closely related professional services typically associated with website development, maintenance, and support, including but not limited to activities such as:Writing and editing contentDocument remediationSolving code problemsTrainingPreparation of documentationOther problem-solving tasksDesigning webpage layoutOther duties may be assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field with two (2) to three (3) years of professional design experience.
