You will be embedded within an advisory team and report directly to the Director of Financial Planning.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with financial advisors to gather, organize, and analyze client financial data in support of comprehensive wealth plansBuild and maintain financial plan models and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a polished presentation ready for client deliveryPrepare materials and supporting documentation for client meetings, including plan summaries, investment reviews, and strategy overviewsStay current on regulatory developments, tax law updates, market trends, and financial planning best practices to ensure all work reflects up-to-date knowledgeSupport advisors throughout client meetings, contributing to discussions and helping communicate planning recommendationsWork cross-functionally with internal departments to identify process improvements, support workflow efficiency, and help develop departmental best practicesAssist in identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships through thoughtful planning analysis and proactive follow-throughContribute to departmental initiatives including continuing education, knowledge sharing, and internal strategy developmentRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline3+ years of experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or a directly related role within a wealth management or advisory firmActive progress toward or completion of the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is strongly preferredProficiency with financial planning software platforms -- experience with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar tools is a plusStrong analytical ability with experience interpreting and presenting complex financial data to both internal and client-facing audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort in a client-facing environment is essentialHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving team environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively -- comfortable owning deliverables while also functioning as a strong team contributorNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionWhy This Role Stands OutJoin a firm with a clear fiduciary commitment and a culture built around doing right by clients and employees alikeGain high-visibility experience working directly alongside senior advisors on complex, meaningful planning engagementsCompetitive compensation in the $90K-$115K range with a strong total rewards packageBenefits include 401(k) with employer match, employer-funded HSA, medical and vision coverage, and robust continuing education supportReal room to grow -- the firm is expanding and actively supports career development for planners on the partner trackFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
