Twin City Staffing is hiring warehouse pickers and packers for a premier pet supply distributor in Golden Valley, MN! We have immediate openings for both short-term seasonal assignments over the holiday period and temp-to-hire positions with long-term career potential, profit sharing, and a 40% product discount. Initial Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Upcoming 4x10 Schedule Options (Starting August 30th):

• Schedule B: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Sunday – Wednesday
• Schedule C: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday – Saturday
• Short-Term Seasonal Labor Day Shift: 4-day project covering Sept 4 – Sept 8 (High performers may be extended long-term!)

Duties of the warehouse picker and packer:

• Fulfill, pack, label, and seal customer orders accurately using packing lists and shipping software
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move, stage, and organize warehouse inventory
• Assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting pre-shipment quality checks
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors

Requirements of the warehouse picker and packer:

• Physical capability to lift, stack, and carry up to 55 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to transition to a weekend schedule (Schedule B: Sun–Wed or Schedule C: Wed–Sat) starting August 30th
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekend shifts, or holiday coverage during peak production seasons
• Experience operating pallet jacks or basic material handling equipment is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
