Warehouse Operations Manager / Gerente de Operaciones de Almacén

We’re seeking a driven, bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing all warehouse staff, inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring our systems and processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can coach, motivate, and hold their team accountable.

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, staffing, safety, and compliance
• Supervise receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees to meet performance goals
• Ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments and assist with logistics
• Implement and optimize warehouse systems (WMS, scanners, inventory software)
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer and internal SLAs
• Track and report on KPIs: productivity, accuracy, shrinkage, OT, etc.
• Maintain forklift and equipment safety protocols
• Enforce cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones

Requirements / Requisitos

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Proven leadership experience; able to manage and motivate diverse teams
• Forklift certification (and experience operating safely)
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping logistics, and warehouse safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Willing to be hands‑on and lead by example

Nice to Have / Desirable

• Experience with Lean/6S/continuous improvement methods
• Familiarity with ERP systems or integrated order fulfillment
• B.S. or A.A. in Logistics, Operations, or related field

Salary / Salario

• $70,000 - $85,000
