Warehouse Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Range: $21.50
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday, 6AM - 10AM / 10:30AM - 2:30PM)
What's the Job?

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Supply production and packaging lines with required materials to support continuous operation.
• Load and unload trailers, verifying counts and ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform physical movement and accurate system transactions for all materials, including scanning, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through timely and precise material movements and reporting.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT) required; certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
• Knowledge of food safety and GMP requirements preferred.
