Mid-Senior Level Wage & Hour Associate / Of Counsel
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Wage and Hour Litigation team as a Mid-Senior Level Associate or Of Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer with 4 or more years of experience to take on important client-facing work and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action claims
- Interpretation of regulations, rules, and interpretative guidance materials related to wage and hour laws
- Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class
- Taking and defending depositions
Requirements:
- 4 or more years of experience in wage and hour litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to the Colorado Bar
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
