**Job Summary:** The Treasury Management Sales Officer supports the Relationship Management team, providing treasury solutions to prospects and clients, preparing proposals, and implementing products/services. Responsible for a client book, meeting sales and retention goals, analyzing data to improve revenue and operational performance, and exercising discretion within their authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new revenue sources and meet sales/retention goals.
• Resolve operational issues related to treasury management.
• Expand existing relationships through cross-selling and pipeline development.
• Identify transactional behaviors, escalate issues, and migrate clients to electronic transfers.
• Build relationships through regular client interactions and transactional reviews.
• Develop and present treasury management proposals, negotiate agreements, and conduct training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of bank products and processes.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pipeline management, reporting, and marketing materials.
• Support revenue growth through cross-selling and lead generation.
• Analyze client data, develop proposals, and support product implementation.
• Resolve client issues promptly and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Online Banking & Other Functions:

• Manage client onboarding documentation and online banking services.
• Lead testing phases for online banking enhancements.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and complaints.

Additional Duties:

• Work under deadlines, seek solutions proactively, and build professional relationships.
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish, willing to travel, and able to lift weights as needed.
• Support special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• BA in related fields or 5+ years treasury management experience.
• Minimum five years relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and banking applications.
