Alma is seeking a Vice President, D2C Growth (Consumer) Marketing to lead the consumer growth engine for its MSO line. You’ll set the vision for paid and organic growth, build a high-performing team, and partner with Product, Data, and Creative to drive growth across acquisition, activation, and lifecycle.
You will report to the COO, own channel strategy and measurement, and navigate a remote-first culture with a 2+ days in-office requirement in Seattle, San Francisco, or New York City.
