About the Opportunity
Voice Up is seeking compassionate educators, mentors, coaches, counselors, youth leaders, pastors, social workers, and other trusted adults to become Teach for Purpose Fellows.

This is more than a teaching opportunity. It is an opportunity to help children discover their voice, build confidence, develop courage, and begin identifying their unique purpose in life.

Teach for Purpose Fellows use their own experiences and life lessons to inspire and encourage the next generation through meaningful conversations and small-group learning experiences.

What You'll Do
Lead purpose-focused discussions and small-group learning experiences with children.
Share personal experiences that encourage resilience, growth, and hope.

Complete the self-paced Voice Up Purpose Fellowship training program.
Teach on a flexible schedule that works for you.
Submit a simple monthly invoice for completed hours.

Governance for a School With No Address
A school with no campus still needs something to keep it honest, and Voice Up built that piece too, separately from the school itself. The Applied Purpose Science Research Lab, formally chartered in the spring of 2026, functions as the evidentiary and ethical backbone for everything the School for Humans Flourishing produces. It operates under a written charter organized around three interdependent governing bodies a Stewardship Council that authorizes methodological changes and adjudicates ethical concerns; a Research and Learning Circle that reviews ongoing pilots and synthesizes what is actually being learned, rather than approving programs; and an Ethics and Integrity Review body, explicitly independent, with the authority to pause or redirect any initiative it judges to carry extraction risk for the people the Lab studies. The charter states its own premise plainly: that people are not unmotivated so much as unrecognized, and that experience precedes articulation. It is, structurally, an attempt to make sure the Naming Gap research that started all of this does not calcify into a slogan, and that every subsequent claim the school makes about its own outcomes has somewhere to be checked.
