Senior Automation EngineerWendy's is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to automate Wendy's voice AI (Fresh AI). In this role, the Sr. Automation Engineer will be responsible to create automated test to validate Wendy's Fresh AI ensuring high-quality results that meet business goals.Responsibilities include:Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/AI toolsCreate and identify different test scenarios and conditions that's needs to be automatedMust have basic Point-of-sale knowledge (Preferably NCR Aloha)An Individual who has excellent written and oral communication skillsCapable of prioritizing and has the potential to multi-task work.Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues and automation failuresMeet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risksAbility to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in the QA space.Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriatelyPartner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issuesAbility to work independently as well in a team, seeking guidance as neededQualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or combination of education and experienceMinimum of 8+ years of professional QA Automation Engineer experienceHands on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent languageExperience with OCR (Optical Character recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus etc.Experience working different Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab etc.Have a good understanding of ecommerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshootingTechnical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one anotherMust have basic knowledge and experience working with the Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale systemMonitor application logs to determine system behavior.
Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
