Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Manage video operations (authentication, onboarding, VOD, DVR, entitlements, channel lineup, caching, metadata)Monitor service health, alerts, dashboards for performance & availabilitySupport production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validationTroubleshoot complex production issues (video delivery, middleware, customer access)Validate data flows across customer systems, middleware, and video platformsDeploy and support backend services on AWS & containersPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure issue resolutionConduct capacity planning & scalability assessmentsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must Have Skills Video streaming platforms & backend video servicesMonitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog, ELKAWS CloudDocker, Kubernetes (containerized services)Production support & troubleshootingExperience in video device architecture & service design validationStrong understanding of end-to-end video ecosystemOur client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
