You will manage the strategy for business valuation assignments and staff and develop business. You will build and lead a dynamic team of professionals to provide the highest quality appraisals and consulting solutions to our clients. You'll work closely with your appraisal team to develop and drive a strategic growth plan for the market, while producing thorough reports, meeting deadlines, and fostering client relationships.Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop valuation market strategy and ensure execution and delivery of engagementsWithin the initial 3 months of employment build a team of analysts and associates in the local market/region.Supervise the workload of Analysts and Associates on assigned engagements and reviews work productOversee analysis of client financial statements and develop financial modelsReview Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) work product for quality and accuracy as well as provide comments and guidance to the PVA valuation team.Oversee preparation of necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of complex issuesEnsure quality controls are adhered in association with all work productsParticipate in internal and external client meetingsBuild strong relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation and ensure quality and consistencyParticipate in client development efforts in the local market/region.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field requiredMasters in Business Administration, preferred5+ years of real estate valuation experienceStrong leadership and supervisory experienceStrategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisalExisting client relationships and in-depth knowledge of the local marketLicenses & CertificationsActive Certified General Appraiser License, requiredMAI designation or candidate, preferredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to travel to asset toursMust be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emailsVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screenMust be able to read, write, speak & comprehend EnglishWe will consider qualified applicants who have criminal histories in a manner consistent with the law.Equal Employment OpportunityIt is Partner Valuation Advisors (The Company) policy to provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
