We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.What You'll Do:Build and provide guidance to the People function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globallyFunction as a strategic business advisor to executive and senior management regarding key organizational and management issuesDevelop and implement comprehensive People strategy that effectively communicates and supports the company's mission and strategic vision that is scalable domestically and globallyLead performance management from strategy through executionDevelop career frameworks, leveling guides, and manager enablement programs aligned with company goalsPartner with leadership on compensation philosophy, equity strategy, and benchmarking toolsFosters a high-performance, inclusive company culture that is grounded in accountability, transparency and operational excellenceOwn employee relations, partnering closely with managers on coaching, development, and conflict resolutionDevelop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive which attract and retain top talentManage the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs to support people operations that maximize efficiency and effectivenessEnsure all People functions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and best practices in partnership with legalEnsure People function is scalable, data-driven, and highly effectiveWhat We're Looking For:15+ years of HR experience, with at least five years of leadership experience and people managementA strategic leader who has created or significantly scaled People functions at fast-growth startupsA thoughtful operator who balances empathy with strong business judgment and handles sensitive matters with discretionAn influential communicator who builds credibility and trust across all levels of the organizationA systems thinker passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences backed by operational rigorExperienced with modern People tools such as Pave, TriNet, or related platformsHands-on, resourceful, and eager to roll up your sleeves and build from zero to onePreferred Qualifications:Have successfully led complex HR initiatives independently and thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsBring clarity, steadiness, and thoughtful planning to periods of rapid growthAre energized by designing scalable systems and processes in high-velocity settingsSee yourself as a strategic business partner, not just a functional People leaderWant to leave a lasting impact on company culture and the foundational People infrastructure during a highly formative stageFinal compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.US Base Salary Range$285,000 - $300,000 USDBenefitsCompetitive Salary & Equity 401(k) Program with Employer Matching Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Commuter Benefits* Autonomous Work Environment Workplace Setup Reimbursement Telecomm Stipend Flexible Time Off (FTO) + Holidays Quarterly Team Gatherings In office Perks**In office employees onlyEve Legal is an equal opportunity employer.
