Vice President of Product Development and InnovationThis Vice President of Product Development and Innovation will be part of the DoorDash Co-Brand program. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan for the DoorDash co-branded card program across three key areas:Driving ideation and strategy for product launches or benefit refreshesUnderstanding the market landscape to identify opportunities to best differentiate our products from competitorsDeveloping new capabilities to drive usability, engagement and cardmember satisfactionIt will require strong collaboration across different cross functional teams including the Co-Brand Product and Go-to-Market team, Tech, Operations, Finance, Controls, Legal, Compliance and the Partner (DoorDash). This role sits within the Partner Card organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.Job ResponsibilitiesLeverage consumer insights to drive new products and/or new product benefits, and messaging and positioning of new products or featuresDefine go-to market strategy for new product or benefit launchesBring together key stakeholders to optimize benefits delivery and identify ways to amplify those effortsDevelop a strong working relationship with DoorDash and achieve goal alignmentPlan and deliver against financial, customer experience, operational and control goalsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus7+ years of marketing background with focus on product development, strategy and/or marketing researchAbility to negotiate with external and internal constituents to drive consensusStrong time management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple complex initiatives concurrentlyStrong control mindset and understanding of internal processes, procedures, and systemsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsThink strategically with ability to identify business opportunities and manage to P&L objectivesCommunicate effectively and be able to influence decisionsBe results-oriented with attention to detail and bias towards actionBe highly collaborative with solid project management skills
