This is a newly created executive leadership role for an organization making significant investments in automation, manufacturing capacity, and long-term growth. We're looking for a proven engineering executive who can turn our engineering organization into a competitive advantage.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As Vice President of Plant Engineering, you will lead the strategy and execution of Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Automation, and Technical Operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.
You’ll partner closely with executive leadership to improve equipment reliability, increase manufacturing efficiency, strengthen accountability across the engineering organization, and build a high-performing technical team capable of supporting future expansion.

Your first priorities will include:
- Improving equipment reliability and reducing unplanned downtime
- Building a culture of accountability across the engineering organization
- Evaluating the current structure and developing a high-performing engineering team
- Supporting highly automated manufacturing operations while improving operational efficiency
- Partnering with Operations to position engineering as a strategic business function
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a hands-on executive who combines strong technical credibility with exceptional leadership.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Progressive engineering leadership experience within food manufacturing or highly automated consumer products manufacturing
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Expertise in engineering, maintenance, reliability, and automation
- A track record of improving equipment uptime and operational performance
- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing technical teams
- Executive presence with the ability to influence across Operations and senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
