All positions come with growth opportunities – whether you are seeking skill development to advance your career or to build additional capacity to better service your community, we custom tailor plans for each team member’s career journey.Job Responsibilities:Patient Management: Facilitate efficient patient check-in/check-out, manage the discharge process, and ensure all invoicing is accurate.Client Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients, addressing inquiries, and handling financial transactions with accuracy.Communications: Manage multi-line phone systems, including professional scheduling and the relaying of precise, clear messages to medical staff.Digital Correspondence: Professional and timely management of incoming/outgoing mail and clinic email accounts, maintaining a high standard of written etiquette.Records & Data Entry: Meticulously update patient charts and enter data into our computerized billing program; attention to spelling and clinical accuracy is paramount.Operational Support: Retrieve prescriptions, assist with retail sales (food, supplements, grooming items), and ensure the waiting room remains organized and clean.Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.Skills / Qualifications:Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; demonstrated experience in a fast-paced professional or customer-facing environment.Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide proactive, empathetic, and professional service in high-volume settings.Advanced Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize urgent tasks without oversight, and maintain meticulous records in a busy environment.Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy. Must be highly comfortable with email communication, digital file management, and quick adaptation to new practice management software.Team-Oriented Mindset: A dedicated collaborator who is willing to support other departments and contribute to an efficient, positive workplace culture.Advanced Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
