Location and Compensation : Camarillo, CA with a $30,000 sign-on bonus . Compensation ranges for veterinarians are described below under Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary medical care for dogs and cats, including general practice, urgent care, and emergency services as appropriate.
- Perform advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries when indicated.
- Utilize digital radiography, IDEXX lab, ultrasound, tonovet, and laser therapy in diagnostic and treatment processes.
- Collaborate with the team and participate in mentorship programs to support ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to a practice with no on-call or after-hours responsibilities, aligning with flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- Licensed DVM (or equivalent) with interest in small animal practice.
- Open to experienced veterinarians, new graduates, and those seeking part-time, full-time, or relief roles.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and client communication.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $160,000–$190,000+ annually (based on experience; 4-day/40-hour schedule)
