Vehicle Software Site Reliability Engineer (Equity)

Wayve in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability stack for our vehicle software, from observability to incident management and operator tooling. You’ll work with software, field engineering, and operations to debug real systems and improve performance in production.

We seek hands‑on developers who write production‑grade Python, C++, or Rust, and who can diagnose complex Linux‑based systems, read logs, and chase root causes while collaborating across teams.
