Work Location: ONSITE - Minneapolis, MN (must be able to work onsite from day 1 of project)

Responsibilities
- Technical writing to aid in the development of user guides
- Assist in developing the necessary tracking mechanisms before the migration of actual data
- Setup engineering controls
- Setup part number controls
- Review and evaluate data migration and proper forecasting
- Provide clear and concise guidance on eMRO ERP requirements including but not limited to
- Data cleansing
- Mapping
- Validation
- Data compliance requirements
- Integration requirements for thirdparty applications as needed
- User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Compliance requirements
- Participate in blueprinting of the requirements and transforming to technical requirements
- Lead a small team of 45 people
Experience
- eMRO experience is mandatory
- Comprehensive expertise and proficiency of
- Airworthiness directives
- Proper temporary repair evaluation
- Quality and inspection requirements
- Knowledge of frontline maintenance functions
- Maintenance control operations
