UX Research Operations CoordinatorDigital team is looking for a UX research operations coordinator in the greater Seattle area to support our UX research program and ensure our digital product teams have the tools and resources needed to conduct UX research effectively.Required Skills -UX Research,Coordination,Project leadershipJob Duties -"Responsible for recruiting research participants, coordinating research logistics and supporting the team in research operations activities. Specifically:Recruit & schedule research participants in the US, Canada, and select European countries.Coordinate research participant compensationCoordinate logistical needs for research studies (e.g., set up MIRO boards, set up and test research equipment, set up digital or physical observation rooms)Communicate with Starbucks regional store operations leaders and store employeesTrack the progress on current and incoming research requestsCoordinate research team travel & logisticsCoordinate participant consent forms and data usage reviewsImplement participant tracking & communications processes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemJob Requirements -"All are required:Strong Microsoft Outlook skills for managing emails and scheduling, experience with Microsoft Teams for video calls and producing Microsoft Teams Live events is a plusExperience working on or with a research team or research environment (doesn’t necessarily have to be UX research)Strong project management, documentation and organizational skillsExperience recruiting and scheduling research participantsA strong communicator, in both written and verbal formatsExperience using UX tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Jira)Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar softwareRequired to be on-site most days at the Seattle SODO office and occasionally local travel within a 2-hour drive of Seattle.
