UX Designer

Mandatory: Prior Google UX Experience
8 to 10 years of experience in UX Design
Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma
Expert in facilitating workshops and identifying stakeholder requirements that inform the design/experience
Ability to ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process
Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces
Self-starting mindset that is comfortable working with stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and sometimes guide them through the creative process
Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (i.e. Android and iOS)
Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy
