We are looking for a Senior User Interface Designer to help design intuitive interfaces that solve complex interactions with elegance and simplicity.ResponsibilitiesDesigner will partner with product owners, analytics, and engine bring ideas to life that will positively impact our members lives.You will work within a cross-functional design team comprised of UX Designers, Copywriters, Researchers and Front-End Developers.Own the UI deliverables across a variety of productsWork in an agile environment across multiple scrum teamsCollaborates with product partners and business stakeholders in the creation of creative briefs.Designs with mobile first in mind and with an eye towards accessibility.Diplomatically advocates for the user and communicates informed design rational and value.Develops effective design solutions on time and within scope.RequirementsAt least 3 years experience working as a UX designerWireframe work samples that can be sharedExperience working in a collaborative environmentExperience working in FigmaComfort presenting and communicating via conferencing applications.
