Responsibilities include:Documenting incidents for operationsTracking status of current incidents and providing status to usersInforming users of development planning, status and deliverersManaging user expectations on system capabilities and delivery timelinesElucidating system functionalityDeveloping system tradecraft and user-guides to support real-world operationsSupporting operation's transition from a legacy system to running on a modern architectureProviding informal "over-the-shoulder" training to usersConnecting users to the customer for requests requiring approvalsConnecting the customer to site personnel to support software delivery and system integrationFacilitating on-site discussions/meetings with system users and stakeholders
