Position Summary

What you'll do... Role summary: The Manager, Advanced Analytics leads a team to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic and tactical business objectives. This role partners with leadership to identify key challenges, develop analytical models, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business results. What you'll do

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive business results and support decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and solution validation.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic initiatives.
• Foster strong partnerships across functions to deliver consultative analytics solutions aligned with business goals.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 San Bruno, California US-08848 | Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
