Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time Mon - Fri.Role Responsibilities:Review & understand the IT requirements received from the clientsUnderstand clients' hiring needs/requirementsSource candidates in the ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media sites, IT forums & groups to search candidates on passive and active job forums, organizations, etc.Technically screen the candidates to make sure they meet the clients' requirementsNegotiate with the candidates to stay within the clients' ceiling rateDiligently follow-up with candidates & keep them warmCommunicate with candidates over telephone, email, texts, etc.
to get their availability and interest in the job/roleConduct technical screening and behavioral interviewsFollow-Up & communicate with prospective candidates, recruiters, vendors, sub-contractors, and clientsSubmit candidates to the clientsCoordinate and schedule interviews with the clients & candidatesPrepare candidates for the interviews with all the interview tips, feedback debriefs gathered from the client callsKeep the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updated with all the notes & updatesReview and verify candidate submissions according to the established business process for their completenessFollow established processes, procedures and documentationCreate & send reminders to the candidatesSubmit daily status reportsMentor, train and lead Jr. IT recruiters and sourcersRequirements:Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the USFair understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies to understand IT requirements & formulate technical questions for screeningCandidates who can work without supervision in a home office setting without any distractions & background noise (a private secluded area in-home)Must be a team playerExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAttitude to find answers and solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & WordExcellent organizational skillsDetail-oriented and thorough in completing tasksUnderstands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communicationMultitasking ability with strong time management skillsMust have excellent Sourcing skillsThe candidate must have a high-speed Internet connection (Min. 50 MBPS) and a laptop or a desktop (Min.
