Are you an experienced UPS Service Engineer - Miami looking for strong technical progression, structured development, and the autonomy of a home-based patch? Do you want a role where you can build deep OEM-level expertise across multi-manufacturer UPS systems while earning $90,000 - $115,000 plus a vehicle allowance and gas card?

This is a permanent, home-based field service role with a growing critical power specialist, offering genuine training and career development and a clear route into senior/lead field service responsibilities as the service team expands.

You’ll be joining a Miami-headquartered UPS and critical power services business supporting mission-critical customers where uptime is essential. You’ll gain exposure across multiple leading UPS manufacturers and develop long-term, specialist capability through hands-on field work and ongoing development.

In this role you will carry out preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and startup/commissioning on UPS systems, batteries, PDUs, and STSs across South Florida, traveling directly from home to customer sites and participating in on-call coverage as required.

The Role:

• Home-based UPS field service across South Florida, supporting mission-critical customer sites
• Perform UPS preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and startup/commissioning on multi-manufacturer systems
• Full-time role with on-call / nights / weekends as required and ~30% overnight travel

The Person:

• Hands-on UPS field service experience (preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair)
• OEM training or strong practical experience with Vertiv/Liebert/Emerson, APC/MGE/Schneider, or Eaton/Powerware/PDI
• Clean driving record with strong customer service and the ability to work independently
