Universal BankerSalary Range $27.50 - $27.50 Hourly Position Type Full TimeJob Summary:The Universal Banker is a highly motivated sales and service professional with advanced knowledge of Provident's products and services. He/She is responsible for opening new products, processing transactions, cross-selling products and services, and providing exceptional member service. Will proactively interacts with current and potential members, and participates in business development and community activities to generate new business.

The Universal Banker is successful at consistently achieving individual sales goals and uses available resources to increase business, strengthen member relationships, and increase member loyalty. In addition, they are responsible for providing training, leadership and support to less experienced branch staff. He/She is a keen problem solver who is comfortable taking the initiative to 'Do What's Right.'
