Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a nursing unit and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and maintain quality metrics, including infection control, safety, and resident satisfaction
- Provide direct patient care as needed
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities
