Unit Acquisition Analyst
The Unit Acquisition Analyst expands and manages LAFH's affordable housing portfolio by building relationships with property owners and housing partners, securing units, and supporting successful placements. The role oversees housing acquisition, maintains accurate listings, participates in regional coordination efforts, and ensures units meet program standards through inspections and lease compliance reviews. The Specialist facilitates smooth move-ins by connecting caseworkers with property partners, resolving landlord issues, and processing essential furnishings and payments. This position blends fieldwork with administrative tracking to ensure timely service delivery, strong documentation, and long-term housing stability for participants.
