You should know great web UI when you see it and be able to explain why it's greatHighly proficient with graphics applications with solid expertise in building clear and expressive wire framesExperience using Photo Shop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, Visio or Expression BlendWorking knowledge of XHTML/CSS and ability to interact with development team to achieve desired resultsExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and UI documentationExperience working in an Agile environment and on project teams that include project managers, business analysts and developersExperience conducting basic user experience testing a plus
