We are seeking a Truck Driver to transport general freight using a box truck across local and regional routes. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working with a dedicated transportation team, this role focuses on safe, reliable dock-to-dock cargo transport, route coordination, and professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Transport general freight using a box truck.
- Complete local daily and regional deliveries.
- Perform no touch deliveries.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
- Coordinate delivery activities with the Operations Manager and transportation team.
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
- Apply defensive driving practices and manage delivery schedules effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial truck driving experience.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Chauffeur license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of defensive driving and route planning.
- Strong time management skills.
