We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.ResponsibilitiesDevelops opportunities in DFW in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatmentCoordinates with Parkhill’s Marketing and Business Development Teams to develop and execute a business development plan for the D/FW Region; Integrates with the overall strategy of the Treatment Sector’s Strategic Vision and Operational PlanBuilds long-term relationships with clients, team partners and industry leadersDevelops North Texas Strategy to win Treatment workIdentifies Opportunities / Future Project work & Coordinates Win Plan with D/FW design teamRepresents Parkhill at council/commission meetings/conferences/seminarsWorks across Sectors and office locations to fully utilize Parkhill’s experiential knowledgeQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or universityProfessional engineer registration in TXPrefer at least 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatmentExpert level knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trendsSetting goals with a focus on the long-term needs of ParkhillExperience working with state, regional and/or local public agencies - municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties and/or state agenciesExperience working with State and Federal Funding agenciesBenefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
