Onsite Full Time Finance

An established, multi-location organization is seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to oversee daily corporate treasury operations for a complex, multi-entity business. This is an outstanding opportunity for a treasury professional who enjoys owning the entire cash management function while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants broad ownership rather than being responsible for only one piece of the treasury function. The organization is also open to experienced Senior or Lead Treasury Analysts who are ready to take the next step into management.

What You'll Do

As the organization's treasury leader, you'll oversee daily cash operations across multiple entities while ensuring sufficient liquidity to support business operations. You'll manage banking relationships, monitor cash activity, and play a key role in maintaining accurate cash forecasts for executive leadership.

Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and cash movement across multiple bank accounts and business entities.
  • Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and financial updates for leadership.
  • Manage banking relationships, including account administration, service quality, bank fees, and account maintenance.
  • Execute and oversee wire transfers, ACH transactions, payroll funding, and other electronic payments while maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Monitor daily treasury activity, investigate account discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and compliance with internal controls and corporate standards.
  • Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations on treasury-related initiatives.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve treasury operations through automation, process enhancements, and future treasury management system implementations.
  • Support treasury-related projects, including banking initiatives, system upgrades, and process optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of cash positioning, liquidity management, banking operations, and treasury controls.
  • Experience managing ACH, wire transfers, bank accounts, and treasury reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using ERP systems and banking platforms; Yardi experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to recommend and implement more efficient treasury processes.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is a highly visible position with regular interaction with senior leadership and company ownership. You'll have the opportunity to influence treasury operations, improve processes, and help shape the future of the organization's treasury function while serving as the primary subject matter expert for corporate cash management.
