MinUSD $24.27/Hr.MaxUSD $33.99/Hr.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting Treasury Relationship Managers in business deposit product needs; attending sales calls with prospective clients, and effectively implementing and promoting those products to the client base.Along with the key functions listed below, each position will be expected to uphold the value that WaFd Bank places on simply being kind when servicing our co-workers and WF clients.KEY FUNCTIONS:Partners with Treasury Relationship Managers to prepare for new client calls and to identify new sales opportunities with existing clients;Provides product knowledge expertise during sales calls with potential and existing clients;Provides effective sales culture leadership for the profitable expansion of Deposit and Treasury Management relationships to support strategic growth;Maintain and develop a strong internal network and deepen existing treasury relationships.Adherence to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.Assist in producing professional quality proposals and respond to formal RFP's.Deliver excellent customer service to both external clients and internal colleagues throughout the bank;Conduct internal and external training sessions on product changes and Treasury Management;Maintain knowledge base of current and emerging business and Treasury Management products;Ensure the accurate implementation and servicing of all deposit and Treasury Management relationships;Update Treasury Relationship Managers regarding critical developments in customer relationships;Work with operations, servicing and product support personnel to ensure successful client on-boarding, customer satisfaction and ongoing support.Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by manager.This position will be asked to provide coverage locally as well as throughout the state and potentially in other state(s).Occasional travel will be required.Lead effective relationship reviews identifying additional opportunities to expand services and revenue.Other duties assigned.QualificationsPosition requires a bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance and/or accounting preferred.Must possess a thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures & Bank/TM products.Must have a good math aptitude and be proficient in MS Office.Minimum of 3 years of banking and/or treasury management sales experience in a financial environment.Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.BenefitsAt WaFd Bank you get all of these great benefits!Paid time off for vacation, sick days and holidaysHealth insuranceStock optionsBonus programs401(k) planPaid Parental LeaveLife and AD&D insuranceLong-term disabilityTuition ReimbursementEmployee assistance programsPre-tax health and dependent-care spending plansWaFd Bank Benefits Summary - Click here for more informationEEO StatementWe are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
