The Treasury Business Analyst p artners with the Treasurer and Treasury team to improve processes, strengthen documentation and controls, and support strategic initiatives across interest rate risk, liquidity management, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign workflows, improve processes, and standardize Treasury documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with Treasury leaders and team members to develop cross-functional knowledge and improve coordination.
• Lead initiatives that generate cost savings or new income opportunities.
• Support business units with new product and service development.
• Assist with deposit and loan pricing analysis, rate-setting, and profitability reviews.
• Research and apply AI tools and other innovative approaches to improve analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for the Treasurer and stakeholders.
• Manage special projects and other initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two to four years of professional banking or financial services experience. is preferred
• Experience improving business processes and documentation.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn quickly.
• Interest in banking and Treasury concepts, including interest rate risk, liquidity, and investments. xzgxqkn
• Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
