Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for a Maternal Fetal Medicine unit, requiring ARDMS certification and OBGYN specialty credentialing
Details
- Maternal Fetal Medicine unit with 5 ultrasound rooms
- Average caseload of 7-8 scans per day
- Uses Voluson E10 ultrasound equipment
- Documentation via Viewpoint and Meditech systems
- Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM-12:00 PM
- No weekend shifts required
- No floating or on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Current ARDMS certification required
- OBGYN certification required
- NTQR certification for Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone required
- BLS certification required
- Fetal Echocardiography certification preferred
- CLEAR certification for Cervical Length preferred
- Specialty certification highly preferred within 3 years of hire
- Meditech EMR experience preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Perform advanced maternal fetal medicine ultrasound procedures
- Grey scrubs required as part of dress code
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- No local candidates will be considered
