American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring a CA RN license and recent critical care experience.
Requirements
- Active CA RN license in hand
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent ICU experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
- CCRN certification preferred
- Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Licenses and certifications must be active, not pending
Responsibilities
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel positions
